Return & Refund Policy – TEMOPRO

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To start a return, email us at info@temopro.com. If approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Personalized/custom products

  • Personal care products (beauty, hygiene, etc.)

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials (flammables, gases, liquids)

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers – Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must still meet the return eligibility requirements above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days pass since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@temopro.com.
