Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays).
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local authority. We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.
Risk of Loss
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. TEMOPRO is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after dispatch. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. TEMOPRO is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we may refund the order minus shipping costs. Reshipping may be offered at the customer’s expense.
